Scavenger Hunt ‘In The Creek’!
LOVE this fresh twist on a creative scavenger hunt birthday party! This family happens to have an amazing creek right in their own back yard but you could plan this type of scavenger hunt birthday party just about anywhere! Scavenger or Treasure hunt parties are great for all ages and keep your guests involved throughout the event. Just because the idea of a traditional scavenger hunt makes you think of the great outdoors and getting dirty doesn’t mean you can’t jazz up the scene with a fabulous rustic table decor and creative treasures to be found.
Planning is key! As you see here, the whole theme of this party was rustic with burlap table covers and door wreath mixed with red and plaid accents. A bit of camo Duck Dynasty style adds to the fun with a camouflage covered cookie cake and cupcakes topping cut off tree stumps! Buckets labeled with Creek Crawling stickers and party guests names were provided in order to gather treasure. Check out the creative Scavenger List customized on the back of the invitations! This one included LIVE fish (so nets were provided as well) and a $2 bill! Bets are these boys will be talking about this party for years to come!
