Custom Hard Hat Open House Invitation
Last week one of my clients called with a custom invitation request. I could tell she was in a pinch and needed some creative custom hard hat invitation options in a hurry! The Open House event to show off the new renovations and expansion was planned and publicized but the invitations had fallen thru the cracks and they needed to be mailed out ASAP. It happens to the best of us!
Customer Service is an extreme priority for Fresh Dirt Clients! We really value our customers both old and new. I was happy to help out by providing two custom invitation options that very evening:
The client picked the custom hard hat invitation with construction zone graphics and requested 3000 to be printed with rush production and shipping. Tweaks were made, proofs approved and special accommodations were set up at the printer for rush production and shipping. The client’s corporate logo and contact information along with a property photo were included on the back at no additional charge. Finally, eye catching graphics were added to the back of the envelope with return address printing. This bonus feature is an an all new service that I am excited to offer all my clients! Envelope imprinting can now include as many colors and graphics as desired and can be printed anywhere on the envelope (front or back) at the same low cost of a simple return address imprint. Two late nights for me making this all this happen with Fed Ex Overnight Delivery but it was worth it to help my client meet her deadline. Party Success!
